Healthy oat cookies

Home made healthy oat cookies

Ingredients:

  • 275 gr oat flakes
  • 70 gr cane sugar
  • 150 gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • Vanilla-sugar (either 1 vanilla-sugar bags; or I use cane sugar which has been resting with a Vanilla stick for few weeks)

Preparation (5 min):

Add all ingredients one by one, following the order here above. Make some hills on your bake plate (i take two teaspoons and press some dough between them).

UPDATE: I tried to replace 20 gr of cane sugar by 2 dates. It is excellent (but less crusty). I mix the sugar and the dates in the food processor, and add it to the rest.

Bake for min 15-20 min (until they are getting light brown) at 175°C.
