- 135 gr sugar
- 150 gr butter
- Vanilla-sugar (either 2 vanilla-sugar bags; or I use cane sugar which has been resting with a Vanilla stick for some time)
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 300 gr flour
Preparation (10 min)
Add all ingredients one by one, following the order here above. If you have time you can roll the dough (1cm tick) and use some cookie cutters to have nicely shaped cookies.
If you want to be fast, or have some toddlers “helping you”; then you can make some small dough balls (about 25 gr) and press them so that they become a 1 cm thick circle (with a glass or with a food stamp).
Bake them for about 10 min (depending of the thickness of your cookies) at 175°C
